More than 50% of U.S. adults have experienced childhood adversity, such as physical abuse, verbal abuse, parental divorce, or family mental health issues. However, many survivors are not aware of the long-term consequences that such experiences have on their physical and mental well-being. The THRIVE program aims to change that by helping survivors address psychological vulnerabilities, strengthen their resilience and subsequently thrive!
